myCancerConnection Volunteer Application

We are pleased to extend this invitation to become a myCancerConnection. Volunteers have an opportunity to share hope and caring to others because the best help often comes from someone who's been there.

The only requirements for myCancerConnection volunteers are:

that you are a current or former cancer patient or caregiver, regardless of where treatment was received
that you complete the following application
that you are willing and committed to serve in ways that advance the mission of my CancerConnection

Once we receive your completed profile, we will review your choices of committee involvement and include you in those specific activities. If you choose to volunteer on the one-on-one support line, you will receive a follow-up call to discuss that program with you. It is vital that the entire profile be complete, as that will assist us in matching you with other patients. It also allows us to know of any unique situations in your treatment and diagnosis.
